Terms & Conditions

The terms governing your use of Finitra and purchases from us.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.finitra.co/ and any purchase of products or services from Finitra LLC (“Finitra”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website, placing an order, accepting a quotation, or making a payment to Finitra.

By placing an order with us, accepting a quotation or invoice, making a payment, or otherwise agreeing to proceed with a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

1. About Finitra

Finitra LLC operates and develops furniture, homeware, and design brands and supplies products to customers internationally.

Legal entity: Finitra LLC
Business address:
Finitra LLC
2810 N Church St #187476
Wilmington, Delaware 19802
New Castle County, Delaware
United States
Email: support@finitra.co
Website: https://www.finitra.co/

Finitra may sell products directly or through brands and websites operated by Finitra LLC.

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you place an order on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, dimensions, photographs, materials, finishes, and other product information are accurate.

Many of our products are handcrafted or made using natural materials. As a result, individual pieces may vary in characteristics including grain, colour, texture, tone, patina, dimensions, or other natural or handmade details. Such variations are generally not considered defects.

Measurements may also be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Where an order contains custom specifications, finishes, dimensions, upholstery, materials, or other modifications, those specifications will be confirmed before production.

4. Prices and Currency

Prices will be displayed on the relevant website, quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or payment request.

The applicable transaction currency will always be clearly identified before payment, including both the currency name and symbol where applicable, for example:

  • Euro (EUR / €)
  • United States Dollar (USD / $)
  • British Pound Sterling (GBP / £)

Prices may be changed at any time before an order is accepted.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, sales taxes, or similar charges may be additional to the product price.

The total amount payable will be communicated before payment is requested.

5. Orders

An order may be placed through one of our websites or directly with our team through an approved quotation, order confirmation, invoice, or payment request.

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quotation does not create a binding order.

An order becomes binding when we confirm acceptance of the order and, where payment is required in advance, receive the required payment.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before acceptance, including where:

  • a product is unavailable;
  • information or pricing contains an obvious error;
  • we cannot deliver to the requested location;
  • we are unable to verify the order or customer;
  • the transaction cannot be lawfully completed; or
  • we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment and no goods or services have been supplied, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Payment

Payment terms will be shown on the quotation, invoice, checkout, or payment request provided to you.

Depending on the order, we may require full payment or an agreed deposit before production or dispatch begins.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Finitra does not require customers to send payment-card details directly to us by email or other unsecured means.

Where card payments are available, card information is entered and transmitted through the secure systems of our payment service provider. Finitra does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes unless expressly permitted by applicable payment-security standards.

Your order may be delayed until payment has been successfully authorized and received.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@finitra.co.

Whether an order can be changed or cancelled depends on its status and the nature of the product.

For standard products, cancellation and withdrawal rights will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law.

For products made to your specifications, personalized products, bespoke products, or other goods for which a statutory cancellation exception applies, the right to cancel for change of mind may be limited or unavailable once the order has been accepted or production has begun.

Any such limitation will be communicated before purchase.

Nothing in this section affects mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

8. Production and Lead Times

Where an item is made to order, the estimated production period will be communicated on the product page, quotation, order confirmation, or invoice.

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date in writing.

We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated timelines. Delays can occasionally result from circumstances such as material availability, production interruptions, customs procedures, carrier delays, or other events outside our reasonable control.

If a material delay occurs, we will notify you where reasonably possible.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping charges will be communicated before the order is completed.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Depending on the destination, an international shipment may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, brokerage charges, or other government fees. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the order confirmation, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Any applicable restrictions on destinations or exports will be communicated before we accept the order.

For consumers, responsibility for loss or damage to goods passes to you in accordance with applicable consumer law, generally when you or a person designated by you receives physical possession of the goods.

Different terms may apply to business-to-business shipments where expressly agreed in writing.

10. Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If a product arrives visibly damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at support@finitra.co and provide:

  • your order or invoice number;
  • a description of the issue; and
  • photographs or other reasonable evidence where relevant.

Reporting shipping damage promptly helps us pursue a claim with the carrier, but any reporting period stated by us does not override mandatory statutory rights.

11. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our complete Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms and should be reviewed before making a purchase.

The policy explains, among other matters:

  • when an order may be cancelled;
  • whether an item can be returned for change of mind;
  • rules applicable to bespoke or personalized products;
  • how defective or damaged products are handled;
  • applicable return periods;
  • responsibility for return shipping;
  • when refunds are issued; and
  • how refunds are processed.

Where applicable, you will be asked to acknowledge the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy before completing payment.

Approved card-payment refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in our returns policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Certain products may be produced specifically after an order is received or manufactured according to customer-selected specifications.

Where a product is customized or personalized specifically for you, cancellation or return rights may be restricted to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The applicable conditions will be disclosed before your order is confirmed.

Custom products remain covered by applicable rights relating to defects, conformity, or goods that do not correspond to the agreed specification.

13. Business Customers

Where you purchase products primarily for business or commercial purposes, additional or different terms may be contained in a quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase agreement, or other written agreement between you and Finitra.

If those agreed commercial terms conflict with these Terms, the specifically agreed commercial terms will take precedence in relation to that order.

Consumer-specific rights referred to in these Terms apply only where required by applicable law.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its contents—including text, photographs, graphics, product designs, branding, trademarks, illustrations, videos, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Finitra LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access the website for personal and legitimate business purposes.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our content without prior written authorization, except where permitted by law.

15. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
  • interfere with its operation or security;
  • attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
  • introduce malicious software;
  • scrape or systematically extract content without authorization; or
  • use our intellectual property in a manner that infringes our rights or those of another party.

16. Privacy and Personal Data

Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Information necessary to process an order may be shared with service providers involved in completing the transaction, including payment processors, logistics companies, professional advisers, technology providers, and other parties where necessary or legally required.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how personal information is collected, processed, stored, and protected.

17. Payment Security

Payments made online are processed through payment service providers that use security controls designed to protect payment information.

Where applicable, payment-card data is transmitted through encrypted connections and handled in accordance with payment-industry security requirements, including applicable PCI DSS requirements.

You should never send complete card details or card security codes to Finitra through ordinary email.

18. Warranties and Statutory Rights

Products will be supplied in accordance with the specifications agreed for the order and any warranties expressly provided with the product.

Customers may also have statutory rights relating to product conformity, defects, durability, or other matters depending on their country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Finitra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or purchase of our products where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

For transactions with business customers, additional limitations of liability may be agreed separately in writing.

20. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation interruptions, government action, customs delays, war, civil disturbance, failure of utilities or communications networks, or material supply disruptions.

Where such an event materially affects an accepted order, we will take reasonable steps to notify you and minimize the effect of the delay.

21. Governing Law

These Terms and any contract between you and Finitra LLC are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country or jurisdiction of habitual residence that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited by contract.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or a purchase from Finitra LLC will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction in the State of Delaware, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version applicable to a purchase is generally the version made available when the order was placed or agreed.

Changes to these Terms will be published on this page together with an updated revision date.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
